Frank E. Cowan Jr., age 66, of Judsonia, Ark., died Monday April 4, 2011 in Searcy. He was born Feb. 9, 1945 to the late Frank E. and Alice Graham Cowan, Sr. in Memphis, Tenn. Frank was a member of the Pioneer Baptist Church at Joy; he enjoyed watching Westerns and surfing the internet, he also loved to fish. |
